Krysta is a certified and licensed paediatric speech and language therapist. She is a member of the United Kingdom Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, the United Kingdom Health and Care Professions Council, and the Bahamas Health Professions Council. Krysta also sits on the board for the Caribbean Speech-Language Hearing Association.
With close to a decade's experience in paediatric speech and language therapy services in Trinidad & Tobago, London (UK) and the Bahamas, Krysta's speech and language therapy journey brought her to the beautiful islands of the Bahamas, where she founded Paediatric Communication Solutions in 2021.
Krysta has a wide range of experience working with the paediatric population. She specifically specialises in early intervention (birth to 36 months) and diagnosis and treatment of speech and language delays and disorders. Krysta strives to make the therapy process fun and comfortable for both children and their caregivers; masking the hard work of therapy in play and engaging activities.
When she's not working, Krysta enjoys being outside, watching documentaries and shopping. She is a huge animal lover and enjoys training and spending time with her 2 dogs.
